Please fill out this form so that we can make sure we have enough chili or soup for this fundraiser. Please make sure your chili or soup is in a crockpot that needs to be dropped off at the Fellowship Hall Kitchen by 3pm on Wednesday, Jan 15 in order to be judged. We will provide labels for crockpots so you will be sure to gets yours back. Crockpots can be collected at the end of the event at 6:30pm. Solid Rock Youth will provide ladles for all crockpots (please don't bring your own), side items, drinks and paper productions for this event. If you have any questions, please contact Moose.

Reason For This Event:
This is a fundraiser for the Costa Rica Mission Trip. Our goal is to raise $3,000 to help cover some of the the cost for the mission team. The team of 11th-12th grade students and adults are excited to be going out to serve and share the love, grace, and hope of Jesus Christ with the people of Costa Rica. Please support our students and adults by bringing a crockpot of chili or soup and joining us on Jan. 15th in the Fellowship Hall for dinner. All donations will go to the Costa Rica Mission Trip.
